Gregg A. Searle

Gregg Searle is Chairman and CEO of Gumberg Global, a sister corporation to J. J. Gumberg Co. Prior to joining Gumberg in June 2007, Mr. Searle was President and Chief Executive Officer of Ross Environmental Services Inc., a leading single-source provider of non-nuclear hazardous waste management solutions in the United States. In this role, he successfully restructured the companies, positioning them for strategic acquisition. Previously, he was President, Chief Executive and a member of the board of directors of Compel Holdings Inc., a privately held technology infrastructure company.

From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Searle was with Diebold Inc. (NYSE: DBD), ultimately serving as its President, Chief Operating Officer and

a member of the board of directors. Other positions held during his tenure there included: Chairman of Diebold Self Service Systems; Chairman of Diebold Financial Equipment Company, LTD (China); board member of Diebold Mexico S.A. de C.V.

Mr. Searle’s professional career began with IBM in 1972, where he spent 18 years in a variety of executive positions. Previously, he served on the board of directors of Jo-Ann Stores Inc. (NYSE: JAS) as the lead director and a member of the Corporate Governance and Audit Committees.

He is a graduate of Valley Forge Military College and the University of Akron with degrees in business management and marketing.
