Edward J. Ponczak

Edward Ponczak is Senior Vice President, Director of Construction and Operations for J. J. Gumberg Co., and has more than 30 years of property and project management experience. During this time, he has managed and directed the operation of a variety of properties. In addition, Mr. Ponczak oversees the work of engineering and architectural professionals to successfully complete large-scale redevelopment projects as well as new construction venues.

Mr. Ponczak also is responsible for directing and managing the daily operations and cost controls of numerous shopping centers and enclosed malls within the company’s portfolio.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
